. The rumors are true! There IS a SILVER Mine in North Eastern
Pennsylvania! And you thought there were only coal mines!
Morgans come in SILVER (gray)!
Our Morgans do it all from western to dressage and driving. These
Morgans have successfully competed in Competitive Trail, a little
dressage, and have been pleasure trail ridden in the mountains of PA,
and NY. They go all day, always lead the pack, and are smooth.
There is another bonus, some of these Morgans are GAITED and
GRAY! The lines are mostly a mix of Brunk and Old Government, with a
little Lippitt.
I grew up in the world of Morgans. My parents have been breeding
quality Morgans, some colorful, long before it became popular to do so,
for over 50 yrs. While their focus was gold and western, mine turned the
opposite. I went silver and mostly english.
My original and main goal was to breed older type endurance Morgans
for Competitive Trail and Endurance use, as those are my sports of choice,
along with Dressage. This led me on a quest for athletic mares. S.C Island
Silverado, aka Max, fell into my life 7 yrs after I started putting together my
own separate herd. He had all the conformation, endurance, sport, and
personality qualities I desired, plus he was GRAY! This was a no brainer,
and in 2001, he became my herd sire.
I haven't looked back since. I invite you to meet the mares and stallions
of Beacon Morgans. They will let their light shine and touch your life.
Please visit again as we add more pages for our other stallions and links.
